Cursus de certification SFA
Vous obtiendrez la certification ANALYSTE DE FOOTBALL de la SMART FOOT ACADEMY, à l’issue d’un cursus, bâti sur 3 ans, si vous êtes étudiant dans l’enseignement secondaire, et de 2 ans, si vous êtes étudiant dans l’enseignement supérieur.
Stage pratique après chaque cycle
A l’issue de chaque cycle, vous ferez des stages pratiques dans le SMART FOOT LAB ou dans ses structures partenaires .
Opportunités professionnelles après la certification SFA
La certification SFA sera un atout pour trouver un emploi dans le SMART FOOT LAB ou chez ses partenaires (médias, clubs professionnels et acteurs du football).
Méthode d’évaluation FAFI
Méthode d’évaluation des E-Ballons d'or
Les 30 Top Joueurs FAFI sont évalués à chaque match par 3 analystes experts.
Chaque analyste expert supervise 3 joueurs par semaine (2 joueurs maximum sont supervisés dans le même match) en suivant la méthode présentée ci-dessous de façon résumée.
Etape 1 : Evaluation des performances du joueur pendant le match
Pendant le match, l’analyste expert doit faire une évaluation du joueur qu’il supervise en mettant une note sur 5 niveaux sur chaque indicateur évalué pour le poste du joueur. Les critères d’évaluation sont décrits avec précision pour chaque indicateur. Cette évaluation demande à l’analyste expert 1 minute environ tous les 15 minutes de jeu.
La croix indique que l’indicateur est évalué pour le poste correspondant.
Description des indicateurs :
Etape 2 : Saisie des notes du joueur dans le formulaire d’évaluation FAFI.
L’analyste Expert entre les données dans un tableau excel. Le temps nécessaire pour entrer les notes et les communiquer aux autres analystes est de 20 minutes par joueur.
A partir des évaluations de l’Analyste Expert, les différentes notes du joueur sont calculées, par le modèle d’évaluation de la FAFI.
Etape 3 : Commenter les performances du joueur
Après cela, chaque analyste ajoute des commentaires sur les performances du joueur sur le site de la FAFI. Cela prendra en moyenne 20 minutes.
Temps de contribution par semaine
Ainsi, chaque analyste consacre 2 heures par semaine pour évaluer et commenter les performances des trois joueurs qu’il supervise.
Chaque analyste expert supervise 3 joueurs par semaine (2 joueurs maximum sont supervisés dans le même match) en suivant la méthode présentée ci-dessous de façon résumée.
Etape 1 : Evaluation des performances du joueur pendant le match
Pendant le match, l’analyste expert doit faire une évaluation du joueur qu’il supervise en mettant une note sur 5 niveaux sur chaque indicateur évalué pour le poste du joueur. Les critères d’évaluation sont décrits avec précision pour chaque indicateur. Cette évaluation demande à l’analyste expert 1 minute environ tous les 15 minutes de jeu.

- Occasions En Attaque : Evaluation du joueur quand il est impliqué en attaque dans une Occasion de but.
- Conclusion : Evaluation globale du joueur dans le secteur Conclusion, par 15 minutes de jeu.
- Animation : Evaluation globale du joueur dans le secteur Animation, par 15 minutes de jeu.
- Pressing : Evaluation globale du joueur dans le secteur Pressing, par mi-temps.
- Défense : Evaluation globale du joueur dans le secteur Défense, par 15 minutes de jeu.
- Occasions En Défense : Evaluation du joueur quand il est impliqué en défense dans une Occasion de but.
- Attitude : Evaluation globale de l’Attitude du joueur, par mi-temps.
Etape 2 : Saisie des notes du joueur dans le formulaire d’évaluation FAFI.
L’analyste Expert entre les données dans un tableau excel. Le temps nécessaire pour entrer les notes et les communiquer aux autres analystes est de 20 minutes par joueur.
A partir des évaluations de l’Analyste Expert, les différentes notes du joueur sont calculées, par le modèle d’évaluation de la FAFI.
- La note de l’apport dans le jeu prend en compte aussi les occasions de but en attaque ou en défense.
- La note individuelle est une moyenne pondérée de la note de l’apport dans le jeu et celle de l’attitude.
- La note de performance du joueur est une moyenne de la note individuelle et de la note collective.
- La note du joueur est une moyenne des notes des trois Analystes Expert.
Etape 3 : Commenter les performances du joueur
Après cela, chaque analyste ajoute des commentaires sur les performances du joueur sur le site de la FAFI. Cela prendra en moyenne 20 minutes.

Administrateurs FAFI
Qui sont les Administrateurs Fondateur de la FAFI ?
Les Administrateurs fondateurs de la FAFI ne viennent ni du football professionnel, ni du business, ni des réseaux internet. Ils ne sont plus tout jeunes non plus. Mais alors, d’où viennent-ils ?... Ils vivent sur une autre planète et espèrent que de nombreux mais sérieux martiens viennent les y rejoindre.
Mais, bon… après de longues années d’immersion dans l’univers du football, si vivant et si attachant, ils commencent à en avoir une bonne connaissance. Ils ont ce désir de mettre leurs compétences au service du projet de la FAFI : fédérer les amateurs de foot éclairés ayant le sens du fair-play.

Utopique car il rêve d’un monde où la voix des passionnés de foot, éclairés aux analyses objectives, portera plus que celle des supporters critiques et sectaires.
Optimiste car il pense que le Web permet de mobiliser une communauté nombreuse et active autour de projets stimulants comme celui de la FAFI.
Engagé corps et âme depuis de « longues » années sur ce projet de plateforme collaborative d’analyses de football et de Fédération d’Analystes de Football Internationale.

Ayant souvent changé de ville quand il était enfant, il n’a pas d’attache particulière. Il a donc la chance de supporter tous les clubs qui jouent bien. Comme d’ailleurs, tous les grands joueurs. Il jongle avec sa télécommande pour voir 7 à 8 matchs par semaine, par plaisir autant que pour son projet. Appréciant malgré tout les trêves pendant lesquelles les équipes ne jouent pas.
Assumant sans réserve sa nationalité française, même s’il n’est pas un français très orthodoxe (origines familiales mixtes, Béarn, Périgord, Italie et Malte), il supporte l’équipe de France de façon inconditionnelle, se réjouissant de ses victoires mais sans pleurer sur ses défaites. Tout en appréciant et respectant aussi toutes les grandes équipes.
Expérience
Agrégé de mathématiques, Docteur en analyse de système et DEA en psychologie cognitive, il a pratiqué le football et le tennis à un bon niveau jusque 40 ans. Il a dirigé pendant 10 ans une société de E-Learning pour les grandes entreprises, puis pendant 5 ans la réalisation de produits multimédia grand public. Entre 2001 et 2009, il a conçu des Dispositifs d’aide à la performance dans différents domaines (sport de haut niveau, management, développement personnel). Depuis juin 2009, il travaille à plein temps sur le programme SMART FOOT LAB. Il est agréé expert scientifique par le Ministère de la Recherche pour diriger des programmes de R&D.

Ouverte d’esprit car elle adhère à sa vision d’une communauté internationale et active d’analystes de football,
Optimiste car elle lui fait confiance malgré l’allongement des délais pour faire aboutir ce projet ambitieux,
Engagée corps et âme car elle y consacre tout son temps disponible.
Mais, en plus, elle y apporte sans compter son réalisme, son charme et son soutien inconditionnel comme Business Angel du programme SMART FOOT LAB.

Comme beaucoup de filles, elle est venue au football plus tard et ne supporte pas d’équipe particulière. Un peu par obligation mais sans déplaisir, elle voit beaucoup de matchs, 4 à 5 par semaine. Avec un regard perspicace et distancié, elle repère vite les bons et elle a ses chouchous, Ibra, Ozil, Rooney, Forlan, Suarez et Lloris, parmi d’autres. Gourcuff, avec ses blessures à répétition, l’a déçu et n’en fait plus parti.
Française, elle supporte naturellement l’équipe de France, mais ayant, d’un côté des arrières grands parents italiens et de l’autre des grands parents allemands, elle aussi un petit faible pour ces deux équipes. En gros, il ne lui manque que des ancêtres latinos pour être bénie des dieux.

Diplômée de l’Institut Commercial de Nancy et de Aston Business School (MBA), Christine travaille depuis 23 ans comme cadre supérieur dans le Groupe Orange : dans le marketing et le trading de minutes entre Opérateurs internationaux. En parallèle de sa carrière, Christine a le virus de l’entrepreneuriat et de l’innovation technologique. Ainsi, en 2005, elle reçoit le Prix spécial du Jury Excellencia pour des travaux menés sur le multimédia sensoriel et elle est détentrice d’un brevet européen. Elle rejoint le Programme SMART FOOT LAB en 2009, au titre de son expertise en R&D et en business development et elle y a consacré un temps important depuis 2009.

Comment devenir Analyste Expert FAFI ?
Les Analystes Experts sont sélectionnés par les administrateurs FAFI parmi les Analystes candidats à cette fonction. Un jury de 25 à 50 experts sera constitué. Le nombre d’Analystes Experts du jury dépendra de la qualité des candidatures.
Pour être candidat, un Analyste FAFI doit :

- Présenter sa candidature en précisant ses motivations et ses connaissances.
- S’engager à consacrer 2 heures par semaine pour l’élection des E-Ballons d’or en respectant l’organisation mise en place par la FAFI.
- Etre parrainé par au moins 5 analystes FAFI. Ce parrainage est obtenu après avoir eu des échanges directs avec ses parrains (chat, téléphone).

Engagement 1 Aimer et valoriser le football
- Apprécier le jeu, les joueurs et les équipes.
- Etre tolérant en cas de contre-performances d’un joueur ou d’une équipe.
Engagement 2 Etre constructif et positif
- Respecter les autres analystes FAFI.
- Partager ses analyses en argumentant de façon constructive.
- Se plier à l’avis de la majorité dans un esprit démocratique.
- Développer des relations amicales avec les autres analystes FAFI.
Engagement 3 Viser l’excellence dans l’analyse de football
- Utiliser les méthodes d’analyse FAFI et contribuer à les enrichir.
- S’appuyer sur des faits et des analyses rigoureuses, en gommant le plus possible ses préférences (ce qui n’est pas toujours facile !).
- Accepter de remettre en question ses jugements quand les faits le demandent.
- Chercher à approfondir ses analyses en permanence, en tirant profit des événements et des avis des autres membres FAFI.

Comment devenir Analyste FAFI ?
Pour devenir Analyste de la FAFI, vous devez :
Remplir une demande d’adhésion
Vous devrez donner des informations exactes lors de votre demande d’adhésion. En effet, il est nécessaire de connaitre l’identité des analystes qui ont participé à l’élection du jury d’analystes experts pour la crédibilité de l’E-Ballon d’or FAFI.
Avoir une expérience d’analystes
Vous regardez au moins 2 matchs par semaine en analysant les performances des équipes et des joueurs.
Apporter une contribution à la FAFI
Vous consacrerez 1 heure par semaine pour l’une de ces deux activités :
- Parrainer des Analystes Experts.
- Commenter les évaluations des joueurs en compétition pour les E-Ballons d’or.
Verser 5 euros à la cagnotte des E-Ballons d’or
Le montant de la cagnotte des E-Ballons d’or sera intégralement redistribué aux analystes qui auront fait le plus de contribution en quantité et en qualité.La redistribution de la cagnotte est :
- 70 % pour les analystes experts,
- 30 % pour les analystes.
